This is a song that I heard a group of Islanders singing. I understand that the Girl Guides have something almost the same. The "magic penny" has become a part of my visits to the little ones and I have secured pennies to a card with the words of the song that I give to the children. The truth of this song strikes me every time I visit a classroom.
